The Bosch Rexroth LINEAR-SET LSRE-50-DD (R107625020) is a high-precision linear motion component designed for various applications requiring precise and smooth linear movement. This linear set is crafted from steel and includes a standard precision housing steel radial linear bushing, which is open and adjustable for tailored performance. The shaft diameter 'd' ensures compatibility with corresponding machinery, while the inclusion of two wiper seals protects the internal mechanisms from contaminants, enhancing the longevity of the system. The LSRE-50-DD model features a relubricatable design, allowing for easy maintenance and ensuring consistent operation over time. It is categorized under Series Radial, Size E, indicating its specific dimensional attributes. The product can withstand dynamic load capacities as specified by the manufacturer, which are optimal when applied in the main direction of loading. With a static load rating 'C' and a provision for maximum permissible acceleration 'amax', this linear set is capable of handling significant loads while maintaining high speeds. The outer diameter 'D' and breakaway force are engineered to meet rigorous demands, ensuring reliable performance under various operating conditions. The LSRE-50-DD operates efficiently within a permissible ambient temperature range, making it suitable for diverse working environments. Before delivery, this model comes with an 'h' shaft lower limit and is set to zero-clearance to ensure optimal functionality upon installation. This product belongs to the product group ID associated with radial clearance specifications designed to accommodate varying operational requirements. Its weight has been optimized to balance durability with ease of movement. Overall, the Bosch Rexroth LINEAR-SET LSRE-50-DD provides an effective solution for constructing heavy-duty guides when paired with precision steel shafts and shaft support rails, resulting in systems that offer extreme rigidity and precise motion control for sophisticated industrial applications.

Definition of dynamic load ratings
Rigidity
Combining a radial Linear Bushing with a continuously supported guide shaft ensures a precise, rigid design.
The following figure shows load-dependent spring. The diagram applies for installation: Without preload With zero clearance (no preload) for load direction ρ = 0° – 90° and 270° – 360°Radial Linear Bushing rigidity
Installing with preload reduces spring. Additional spring in all parts of a linear guide (housing, shaft, shaft support rail) depends on the load direction. Guideline values for total spring with R1076 and R1010 elements: load direction factor multiplied by spring ∂ (from right diagram).

Effect of load direction on load rating
The load ratings C and C0 specified for Radial Linear Bushings apply for load direction ρ = 0°. If the external load is at an angle ρ = 90° – 270°, a reduced load capacity must be factored in. The dynamic load rating is then determined by multiplying the specified dynamic load rating C or C0 by the load direction factors fρ or fρ0. This reduced load capacity can be avoided by careful installation of the radial Linear Bushings.
