The Bosch Rexroth LINEAR-SET LSK-20-DD (R106022000) is a high-quality linear set designed to facilitate smooth and precise linear motion in various applications. This product features a standard pillow block housing made of reinforced PA segmental linear bushing, which provides a lightweight yet stable structure that is also affordable. The LSK-20-DD comes equipped with two interchangeable wiper seals that ensure the protection of internal components by preventing the ingress of contaminants. The linear set is distinguished by its plastic construction, which includes a shaft diameter d and radial clearance that can be adjusted to meet specific application requirements. This adjustability allows for zero-clearance clamping to the shaft's lower limit, optimizing performance and reducing friction force. The dynamic load capacity C and static load capacity C are indicative of the product's ability to handle minimal values, considering that the orientation and direction of loading may vary. Additionally, the LSK-20-DD boasts impressive environmental tolerances with a permissible ambient temperature range from -20°C to +80°C, making it suitable for use in diverse operating conditions. The maximum acceleration (amax) and maximum permissible linear speed (vmax) specifications cater to demanding applications requiring rapid movements. For maintenance considerations, the frictional drags generated by the integrated wiper seals are dependent on speed and lubrication, affecting both breakaway force and friction force when not under radial load. The closed format of the linear bushings ensures durability and longevity. Overall, this Bosch Rexroth linear set is an essential component for systems requiring precise linear guidance. With its ability to support significant loads while maintaining accuracy and reliability, it is an ideal choice for designers looking for quality motion solutions.

Effect of load direction on load rating

The listed load ratings should be chosen depending on installation in minimum or maximum position and should be based on the calculations. If the load direction is clearly defined and the Linear Bushings can be installed in maximum position, the load ratings Cmax. (dynamic load rating) and C0 max (static load rating) can be used. If aligned installation is not possible or the load direction is not defined, the minimum load ratings must be used.

Reduced load capacity with short stroke

In case of a short stroke, the service life of the shaft is less than that of the segmental Linear Bushing. The load ratings C specified in the tables must therefore be multiplied by the factor f.s .
