The Bosch Rexroth LINEAR-SET LSACE-30-DD-G (R102823044) is a high-quality linear motion set designed for precision applications. This product includes a lightweight precision housing made from aluminum and features a compact linear bushing that is adjustable for optimal performance. The shaft diameter is carefully calibrated to ensure seamless integration with corresponding components. Equipped with two integrated wiper seals, the LINEAR-SET ensures protection against contaminants while maintaining lubrication integrity. The standard version of this linear set comes pre-greased with Dynalub, which reduces maintenance requirements and extends the product's service life. It has been set to zero clearance, providing precise guidance and reducing system play. The dynamic load capacity of this linear set is tailored for the main direction of loading, but it can be adjusted according to different load directions using specified factors. It boasts impressive specifications such as high maximum acceleration (amax), a broad permissible ambient temperature range, and substantial breakaway force. Additionally, it can achieve a high maximum permissible linear speed (vmax). Static load capacity is also noteworthy, ensuring that the LSACE-30-DD-G can withstand significant static forces without compromising its structural integrity or performance. The radial clearance comes clamped to the h shaft's lower limit, ensuring that no additional adjustments are necessary during installation. This Bosch Rexroth linear set represents an ideal solution for applications requiring precise linear motion control with minimal frictional drag and optimized load capacities. Its robust design and comprehensive specifications make it suitable for various industrial applications where reliability and precision are paramount.

Effect of load direction on load rating
The listed load ratings should be chosen depending on installation in minimum or maximum position and should be based on the calculations. If the load direction is clearly defined and the Linear Bushings can be installed in maximum position, the load ratings Cmax. (dynamic load rating) and C0 max (static load rating) can be used. If aligned installation is not possible or the load direction is not defined, the minimum load ratings must be used.
Reduced load capacity with short stroke
In case of short stroke, the service life of the shafts is less than that of Linear Bushings. The load ratings C specified in the tables must therefore be multiplied by the factor f.s .
