The Bosch Rexroth LINEAR-SET LSACE-16-DD-G (R102821644) is a high-quality linear motion system designed for precise and smooth linear movements in various applications. This linear set consists of an aluminum housing with a compact LB, adjustable linear bushing, and a shaft diameter d. It features integrated wiper seals on both sides, ensuring that the system remains clean and operates efficiently by preventing the ingress of contaminants. The LSACE-16-DD-G is pre-greased with Dynalub for reduced maintenance and comes set to zero clearance to minimize play and enhance accuracy. Its lightweight precision housing is made from aluminum, making it not only durable but also suitable for applications where weight is a critical factor. This model has been engineered with standard version specifications, including maximum acceleration (amax), permissible ambient temperature ranges, outer diameter (D), breakaway force, maximum permissible linear speed (vmax), static load rating (C0), friction force, and radial clearance. The dynamic load capacity (C) indicates the system's ability to withstand operational loads in its main direction of loading; however, if the load direction varies from the main direction, load capacities must be adjusted according to specified factors. The LINEAR-SET LSACE-16-DD-G comes clamped to h shaft lower limit to ensure stability and reliability during operation. It belongs to Productgroup ID Size N and is characterized by its ability to operate within a specific range of ambient temperatures. The weight of this unit has been optimized for performance without compromising structural integrity. Overall, this linear set is ideal for users requiring precise linear guidance with easy installation and minimal maintenance in their equipment or machinery setups. Its robust design ensures long-term reliability in various operational conditions.

Effect of load direction on load rating

The listed load ratings should be chosen depending on installation in minimum or maximum position and should be based on the calculations. If the load direction is clearly defined and the Linear Bushings can be installed in maximum position, the load ratings Cmax. (dynamic load rating) and C0 max (static load rating) can be used. If aligned installation is not possible or the load direction is not defined, the minimum load ratings must be used.

Reduced load capacity with short stroke

In case of short stroke, the service life of the shafts is less than that of Linear Bushings. The load ratings C specified in the tables must therefore be multiplied by the factor f.s .
