The Bosch Rexroth LINEAR-SET LSACE-12-DD-G (R102821244) is a high-quality linear motion set designed to provide precise and smooth motion in various applications. This set includes an aluminum lightweight precision housing with an integrated compact linear bushing that is adjustable for optimized performance. The shaft diameter 'd' ensures compatibility with corresponding components, while the dual seals offer protection against contaminants, ensuring longevity and reliability. Equipped with initial lubrication using Dynalub, this linear set reduces maintenance needs and provides a low-friction movement right out of the box. The friction force FR is a consideration for users, as it indicates the frictional drags generated by the linear bushings when not under radial load, which can vary based on speed and lubrication conditions. The dynamic load capacity C highlights the robustness of the LSACE-12-DD-G under main loading directions, with adjustments provided for alternative loading orientations. This capacity ensures that the system can handle appropriate loads without compromising performance. Additionally, the static load capacity C also provides insight into the maximum stationary load that can be supported. The LINEAR-SET LSACE-12-DD-G has been designed for ease of use, coming clamped to an h shaft lower limit and pre-set to zero clearance to facilitate immediate installation and operation. The permissible ambient temperature range indicates its operational resilience under various environmental conditions. Overall, this product is part of Bosch Rexroth's commitment to providing advanced linear motion solutions. Its specific size and weight specifications cater to precise design requirements while maintaining Bosch Rexroth's standards for efficiency and durability in linear motion technology.

Effect of load direction on load rating

The listed load ratings should be chosen depending on installation in minimum or maximum position and should be based on the calculations. If the load direction is clearly defined and the Linear Bushings can be installed in maximum position, the load ratings Cmax. (dynamic load rating) and C0 max (static load rating) can be used. If aligned installation is not possible or the load direction is not defined, the minimum load ratings must be used.

Reduced load capacity with short stroke

In case of short stroke, the service life of the shafts is less than that of Linear Bushings. The load ratings C specified in the tables must therefore be multiplied by the factor f.s .
