The Bosch Rexroth LINEAR-SET LSAC-25-DD-NR-G (R102722534) is a high-quality linear motion set designed for precision applications requiring smooth and accurate linear movement. This product features a lightweight precision housing made from aluminum, ensuring both durability and reduced system weight. The LSAC-25-DD-NR-G is characterized by its corrosion-resistant properties, making it suitable for use in environments where resistance to corrosive elements is necessary. Equipped with compact LB linear bushings that are closed and come with integrated wiper seals on both sides, this linear set offers protection against contaminants, thereby extending the service life of the unit. The shaft diameter 'd' is precisely machined to accommodate these bushings, ensuring a snug fit and optimal performance. Additionally, the model comes pre-greased with Dynalub lubricant for reduced maintenance and enhanced operation right out of the box. This linear set is designed to handle dynamic loads effectively as indicated by its dynamic load capacity 'C'. It also has a normal radial clearance which allows for slight misalignments without compromising performance. The static load rating 'C' specifies the maximum load that can be applied without causing permanent deformation. The product's design also includes considerations for frictional forces 'FR', which are minimal due to the presence of wiper seals even when not under radial load. With its ability to withstand a wide range of ambient temperatures, from minimum to maximum permissible limits, this linear guide system offers versatility across various operational conditions. It also boasts a maximum permissible linear speed 'vmax', indicating its capability to perform in high-speed applications. Overall, the Bosch Rexroth LINEAR-SET LSAC-25-DD-NR-G (R102722534) represents an advanced solution for applications requiring precise linear guidance with corrosion resistance and low maintenance needs. Its compact size and light weight make it an excellent choice for space-sensitive installations where performance cannot be compromised.

Effect of load direction on load rating
The listed load ratings should be chosen depending on installation in minimum or maximum position and should be based on the calculations. If the load direction is clearly defined and the Linear Bushings can be installed in maximum position, the load ratings Cmax. (dynamic load rating) and C0 max (static load rating) can be used. If aligned installation is not possible or the load direction is not defined, the minimum load ratings must be used.
Reduced load capacity with short stroke
In case of short stroke, the service life of the shafts is less than that of Linear Bushings. The load ratings C specified in the tables must therefore be multiplied by the factor f.s .
