The Bosch Rexroth LINEAR-SET LSAC-12-DD-G (R102721244) is an advanced linear motion system designed for precision applications. This linear set is crafted from lightweight aluminum and features a compact linear bushing, which is closed to protect against contaminants. The system is equipped with integrated wiper seals on both sides to ensure cleanliness and maintain lubrication, enhancing the longevity and performance of the set. With a shaft diameter of 12mm, the LSAC-12-DD-G offers standard normal radial clearance and comes pre-greased with Dynalub for immediate use. The initial lubrication reduces maintenance requirements and provides smooth operation from the start. The dynamic load capacity of this model is tailored for the main direction of loading, ensuring optimal performance under specified conditions. Should the load direction vary, Bosch Rexroth provides factors to adjust the load capacities accordingly. The LSAC-12-DD-G boasts a high maximum permissible linear speed (vmax) and can accommodate a wide range of ambient temperatures, making it versatile for different working environments. Its static load rating confirms its robustness in stationary applications, while its friction force indicates efficiency during movement. This product's size and weight specifications are carefully calibrated to meet various application needs without compromising on strength or durability. As part of Bosch Rexroth's product group ID, this linear set represents quality and reliability in motion technology. Overall, the LINEAR-SET LSAC-12-DD-G is ideal for users seeking a high-performance linear motion solution that combines ease of use with long-term reliability in demanding applications. Its precise engineering ensures that it delivers consistent results in a variety of settings where precision linear movement is critical.

Effect of load direction on load rating
The listed load ratings should be chosen depending on installation in minimum or maximum position and should be based on the calculations. If the load direction is clearly defined and the Linear Bushings can be installed in maximum position, the load ratings Cmax. (dynamic load rating) and C0 max (static load rating) can be used. If aligned installation is not possible or the load direction is not defined, the minimum load ratings must be used.
Reduced load capacity with short stroke
In case of short stroke, the service life of the shafts is less than that of Linear Bushings. The load ratings C specified in the tables must therefore be multiplied by the factor f.s .
