The Bosch Rexroth LINEAR-SET LSAC-12-DD-NR-G (R102721234) is a high-quality linear motion set designed for precision applications requiring smooth and accurate movement. This linear set is crafted from lightweight aluminum, offering a compact and closed design that ensures durability and resistance to rust. It features a shaft diameter of 12 mm and comes with integrated wiper seals on both sides, which help maintain cleanliness by preventing the ingress of contaminants into the system. The LSAC-12-DD-NR-G is pre-lubricated with Dynalub, ensuring reduced friction and a longer service life right out of the box. The normal radial clearance allows for ease of movement without compromising on precision. This linear set has been engineered to withstand dynamic load capacities while maintaining low frictional drag, as indicated by its friction force FR specifications. With an impressive static load rating C, this product is capable of handling loads in the main direction efficiently. In cases where loads are not in the main direction, Bosch Rexroth provides specific factors to adjust the load capacities accordingly. The unit also boasts a maximum permissible ambient temperature range, making it suitable for various working environments. The LSAC-12-DD-NR-G's corrosion-resistant version with KBCNR ensures longevity even in harsh conditions, while its maximum acceleration amax and maximum permissible linear speed vmax cater to high-performance requirements. Weighing in at just 0.1 kg, this model remains lightweight without sacrificing strength or functionality. Overall, the Bosch Rexroth LINEAR-SET LSAC-12-DD-NR-G (R102721234) is an optimal solution for those seeking reliable linear motion components that combine lightweight construction with robust performance characteristics in demanding applications.

| 1) | The load ratings apply for the main direction of loading. If the load direction is not the main direction of loading, the load ratings must be multiplied by the following factors: Ø d 12 and 16: f = 0,90, f0 = 0.86, Ø d 20 to 50: f = 0.79, f0 = 0.68 |
| The load ratings are based on a total travel of 100, 00 m. When based on 50 000 m, the values in the table need to be multiplied by 1.26. |

Effect of load direction on load rating
The listed load ratings should be chosen depending on installation in minimum or maximum position and should be based on the calculations. If the load direction is clearly defined and the Linear Bushings can be installed in maximum position, the load ratings Cmax. (dynamic load rating) and C0 max (static load rating) can be used. If aligned installation is not possible or the load direction is not defined, the minimum load ratings must be used.
Reduced load capacity with short stroke
In case of short stroke, the service life of the shafts is less than that of Linear Bushings. The load ratings C specified in the tables must therefore be multiplied by the factor f.s .
