The Bosch Rexroth FLANGE LIN.BUSHING KBMF-12-DD (R074051200) is a high-quality flange linear bushing designed for heavy-duty applications. This robust component features a standard metal design with a steel ball retainer, making it suitable for harsh environments and areas with heavy contamination, such as woodworking shops, foundries, and cement plants. The KBMF-12-DD is equipped with two integrated wiper seals to prevent dirt from jamming the bushing and has many pockets that act as lubricant reservoirs, allowing for extended lubrication intervals or even lubrication for life. The outer sleeve of the bushing is hardened and ground to ensure durability, while the POM ball retainer and balls made of rolling bearing steel provide smooth motion. The shaft diameter is designed to fit precisely with recommended housing bore tolerances of H7 or H6. The product also includes features that ensure longevity and reliability under various conditions, such as permissible ambient temperatures ranging from -30°C to +80°C. However, higher temperatures are only admissible at linear bushings without wiper seals. With a maximum dynamic load capacity based on a total travel distance of 100,000 m (which can be adjusted for different travel distances), this linear bushing can handle significant loads while maintaining performance. The breakaway force and maximum permissible linear speed are optimized for efficient operation. Weighing in at just 0.1 kg, the KBMF-12-DD offers a balance between strength and weight efficiency. Designed to provide reliable guidance and support for moving parts in linear motion applications, this flange linear bushing ensures minimal frictional drag even when not under radial load, thanks to its carefully engineered design. It's an essential component in any system where precise linear movement is critical for operational success.

Impact of load direction on load rating of closed Linear Bushings
The listed load ratings should be chosen depending on installation in minimum or maximum position and should be based on the calculations. If the load direction is clearly defined and the Linear Bushings can be installed in maximum position, the load ratings Cmax. (dynamic load rating) and C0 max (static load rating) can be used. If aligned installation is not possible or the load direction is not defined, the minimum load ratings must be used.

Installation dimensions/interchangeability
Standard Linear Bushings have the same installation dimensions as super Linear Bushings. They are interchangeable, differ however in terms of securing, radial clearance, load ratings and lubrication.
Sealing
Standard Linear Bushings come with a wiper seal with shaft diameters of 5 and higher. Open standard Linear Bushings with shaft diameters 20 to 80 can also come fully sealed (with longitudinal seal; increased friction).
