The Bosch Rexroth SUPER LINEAR BUSH KBH-O-50-DD (R073325040) is a high-precision linear bushing designed to facilitate the movement of heavy loads with maximum precision. This Super LB H model features an open design and is equipped with two seals for enhanced performance. Its construction includes hardened steel load-bearing plates with meticulously machined ball guide grooves and a steel load-bearing plate back, ensuring exceptional precision. The unit is characterized by its ability to compensate for shaft deflection and misalignment, maintaining high travel speeds of up to ' ms. The KBH-O-50-DD model offers optional integrated double-lipped wiper seals alongside a longitudinal seal, contributing to its robustness in various environments. The POM ball retainer and balls crafted from rolling bearing steel, along with two metal holding rings, underscore the bushing's durability and smooth operation. With multiple rows of balls, this Super H series linear bushing surpasses the capabilities of the Super A series by providing more tracks for load distribution. It can withstand a dynamic load capacity (C) and has a static load rating (C0) that are both designed for the main direction of loading. The friction coefficient ranges from ', indicating efficiency under varying loads. This linear bushing accommodates a shaft diameter (d) within specific radial clearance parameters, ensuring compatibility with corresponding shafts for optimal performance. Its size E designation corresponds to an outer diameter (D) specification required for precise fitment. The KBH-O-50-DD is part of product group ID ' ' and operates effectively within an ambient temperature range of ' C to ' C. Its weight stands at . kg, making it suitable for applications where weight considerations are critical. The combination of advanced features makes this Bosch Rexroth linear bushing an essential component for systems requiring reliable linear motion under demanding conditions.

Load direction factors
The load ratings C and C0 apply for the load direction ρ = 0°. For all other load directions, the load ratings must be multiplied by the factors fr (dynamic load rating C) or fρ0 (static load rating C0).

Reduced load capacity with short stroke
In case of short stroke, the service life of the shaft is less than that of the super Linear Bushing. The load ratings C specified in the tables must therefore be multiplied by the factor f.s .
| 1) | fs = factor |
| 2) | s = movement path |
Reduced load capacity with high load
The load rating is reduced under high load F. The dynamic load rating must be multiplied by the load factor f.F .
| 1) | fF = load factor |
Definition of dynamic load ratings
Installation dimensions/interchangeability
Super Linear Bushings H and SH have the same installation dimensions as Super Linear Bushings A and B as well as the standard Linear Bushings, but differ in terms of securing, radial clearance, load ratings and lubrication.
Sealing
Double protection through two-sided wiper seals:
Outer sealing lip prevents dirt from entering Inner sealing lip prevents lubricant from escaping
The wiper seals float inside closed Linear Bushings. This makes them perfect for any operating state. The open Linear Bushings are fully sealed with additional side seals along the shaft. All seals can be replaced.
Load direction factors
| a) | Closed |
| b) | Open |
Super Linear Bushings can be installed in any location. Choose a location that ensures that the main direction of loading is always ρ = 0°.
