The Bosch Rexroth SUPER LINEAR BUSH (R073212040) is a high-precision linear bushing designed to facilitate the movement of heavy loads with utmost accuracy. This closed-type Super LB H model features a shaft diameter 'd' and is equipped with a single seal to ensure smooth operation. The bushing is constructed with hardened steel load-bearing plates that have meticulously machined ball guide grooves, along with a steel load-bearing plate back, which together provide maximum precision. The SUPER LINEAR BUSH stands out by offering more tracks than the standard Super A series, allowing it to effectively compensate for shaft deflection and misalignment up to specified limits. It supports high travel speeds, reaching up to 'ms', while also offering the option of integrated double-lipped wiper seals for additional protection against contaminants. The POM ball retainer within the bushing ensures consistent movement of the rolling bearing steel balls, which are held in place by two metal holding rings. The design accommodates multiple rows of balls in the Super H series configuration, contributing to its robust dynamic and static load capacities. Notably, this model boasts an impressive maximum acceleration (amax), along with detailed specifications for friction force (FR), dynamic load capacity (C), and static load rating (C0). The friction coefficient varies depending on the operational conditions but is optimized for heavy loads. With regards to environmental adaptability, the SUPER LINEAR BUSH can operate within a temperature range from '-'C to '+'C. Its outer diameter (D) and breakaway force are specifically calibrated for performance consistency. The unit's weight stands at '.kg', indicating its solid build without compromising efficiency. Overall, this Bosch Rexroth linear bushing is an exemplary choice for applications requiring precise linear motion under significant loads while maintaining alignment and speed.

Load direction factors
The load ratings C and C0 apply for the load direction ρ = 0°. For all other load directions, the load ratings must be multiplied by the factors fr (dynamic load rating C) or fρ0 (static load rating C0).

Reduced load capacity with short stroke
In case of short stroke, the service life of the shaft is less than that of the super Linear Bushing. The load ratings C specified in the tables must therefore be multiplied by the factor f.s .
| 1) | fs = factor |
| 2) | s = movement path |
Reduced load capacity with high load
The load rating is reduced under high load F. The dynamic load rating must be multiplied by the load factor f.F .
| 1) | fF = load factor |
Definition of dynamic load ratings
Installation dimensions/interchangeability
Super Linear Bushings H and SH have the same installation dimensions as Super Linear Bushings A and B as well as the standard Linear Bushings, but differ in terms of securing, radial clearance, load ratings and lubrication.
Sealing
Double protection through two-sided wiper seals:
Outer sealing lip prevents dirt from entering Inner sealing lip prevents lubricant from escaping
The wiper seals float inside closed Linear Bushings. This makes them perfect for any operating state. The open Linear Bushings are fully sealed with additional side seals along the shaft. All seals can be replaced.
