The Bosch Rexroth SUPER LINEAR BUSH KBSH-O-50-DD (R073125040) is a high-precision linear bushing designed for the smooth and accurate movement of heavy loads. This open-type linear bushing features a shaft diameter of 50 mm and comes equipped with two seals to ensure its longevity and reliability. Its construction includes hardened steel load-bearing plates with meticulously machined ball guide grooves, which, along with a machined steel load-bearing plate back, provide maximum precision. The SUPER SH series is distinguished by additional running tracks that enhance the dynamic load rating and rigidity of the bushing. It is adept at compensating for shaft deflection and misalignment, maintaining high travel speeds of up to ' ms. The design includes an optional integrated, double-lipped wiper seal that contributes to its durability by protecting against contaminants. The POM ball retainer within this bushing holds balls made from rolling bearing steel, ensuring smooth motion and reduced friction. The presence of two metal holding rings aids in maintaining the structural integrity of the assembly. The SUPER LINEAR BUSH KBSH-O-50-DD boasts an impressive static load rating C0 and dynamic load capacity C1, signifying its ability to handle substantial loads in its main direction. Furthermore, this product can operate within a permissible ambient temperature range from ' C to ' C, making it suitable for various operating environments. Its friction coefficient ranges from ', highlighting efficient performance under varying conditions. With a weight of . kg and specific radial clearances for different shaft-bore configurations (K, H, M), this linear bushing offers versatility for numerous applications while ensuring minimal frictional drag when not under radial load. The product group ID further categorizes this component within Bosch Rexroth's extensive line-up of precision-engineered linear motion products.

Reduced load capacity with short stroke

In case of short stroke, the service life of the shaft is less than that of the super Linear Bushing. The load ratings C specified in the tables must therefore be multiplied by the factor f.s .

1) fs = factor
2) s = movement path

Reduced load capacity with high load

The load rating is reduced under high load F. The dynamic load rating must be multiplied by the load factor f.F .

Installation dimensions/interchangeability

Super Linear Bushings H and SH have the same installation dimensions as Super Linear Bushings A and B as well as the standard Linear Bushings, but differ in terms of securing, radial clearance, load ratings and lubrication.

Sealing

Double protection through two-sided wiper seals:

Outer sealing lip prevents dirt from entering Inner sealing lip prevents lubricant from escaping

The wiper seals float inside closed Linear Bushings. This makes them perfect for any operating state. The open Linear Bushings are fully sealed with additional side seals along the shaft. All seals can be replaced.
