The Bosch Rexroth SUPER LINEAR BUSH (R073012540) is a high-precision linear bushing designed for the smooth and accurate movement of heavy loads. This closed-type bushing features a shaft diameter of 25mm and includes one seal to protect against contaminants. The load-bearing plates are made from hardened steel with meticulously machined ball guide grooves, ensuring maximum precision. The SUPER SH variant offers additional running tracks that enhance dynamic load rating and rigidity, effectively compensating for shaft deflection and misalignment. With the capability to handle high travel speeds, the SUPER LINEAR BUSH is equipped with a POM ball retainer and balls crafted from rolling bearing steel, contributing to its durability and performance. Two metal holding rings secure the structure, while optional double-lipped wiper seals can be integrated for additional protection. This model boasts an impressive dynamic load capacity and can maintain a stable performance within a permissible ambient temperature range of -30°C to +80°C. The outer diameter measures at D = 40mm, while various radial clearance options are available to suit different application needs. Designed for applications requiring low frictional resistance, the linear bushing has a breakaway force requirement that ensures smooth operation from standstill. It accommodates maximum accelerations effectively without compromising on efficiency or lifespan. In summary, the Bosch Rexroth SUPER LINEAR BUSH (R073012540) is an advanced component suitable for applications that demand high precision linear motion under heavy loads with excellent durability and reliability in various environmental conditions. Its design allows for compensation of misalignment issues while maintaining low friction coefficients and high-speed capabilities.

Load direction factors
The load ratings C and C0 apply for the load direction ρ = 0°. For all other load directions, the load ratings must be multiplied by the factors fr (dynamic load rating C) or fρ0 (static load rating C0).

Reduced load capacity with short stroke
In case of short stroke, the service life of the shaft is less than that of the super Linear Bushing. The load ratings C specified in the tables must therefore be multiplied by the factor f.s .
| 1) | fs = factor |
| 2) | s = movement path |
Reduced load capacity with high load
The load rating is reduced under high load F. The dynamic load rating must be multiplied by the load factor f.F .
| 1) | fF = load factor |
Definition of dynamic load ratings
Installation dimensions/interchangeability
Super Linear Bushings H and SH have the same installation dimensions as Super Linear Bushings A and B as well as the standard Linear Bushings, but differ in terms of securing, radial clearance, load ratings and lubrication.
Sealing
Double protection through two-sided wiper seals:
Outer sealing lip prevents dirt from entering Inner sealing lip prevents lubricant from escaping
The wiper seals float inside closed Linear Bushings. This makes them perfect for any operating state. The open Linear Bushings are fully sealed with additional side seals along the shaft. All seals can be replaced.
With the closed super Linear Bushing H, the main direction of loading ρ = 0° (maximum load rating) is designated by a recess in the plastic cage (see enlargement).
