Radial clearance: approx. ± 5 μm

Align the tracks and wiper seals when inserting the shaft and make sure they are not skewed!

 

Attention:

Do not loosen the flange connection (cross-roller bearing). Tighten the fastening bolts in phases until the table value is reached.

Initial lubrication

Linear bushings do not come with initial lubrication. Grease the Linear Bushings before use. Service life data is based on initial lubrication and relubricated Linear Bushings.

The Linear Bushing must be initially lubricated and removed from the shaft for relubrication. The cross-roller bearing comes with initial lubrication and can be relubricated via the lube port.
