The Bosch Rexroth TORQUE RESIST.BUSH KBDR4-F-20DD (R072522000) is a high-performance component designed for self-supporting, torsionally stiff guides with a single shaft. This torqueresistant linear bushing comes in a flanged version with four ball guide grooves that are essential for transferring torque efficiently. The product is particularly suitable for applications requiring precise linear motion with the ability to resist torsional forces. The KBDR4-F-20DD features an outer sleeve that has been hardened and ground for durability, along with an innovative POM ball retainer and balls made from rolling bearing steel which ensure smooth and reliable movement. It also includes integrated wiper seals to protect the internal components from contaminants, thus extending the life of the bushing. This model is relubricatable, allowing for maintenance and longevity of the component. It has been designed to accommodate shaft diameters detailed by customer specifications, ensuring a perfect fit for various applications. The dynamic load capacity C and static load rating C are minimal values provided due to varying loading directions in different applications. Furthermore, this bushing can operate within a wide temperature range from -20°C to +80°C, making it versatile for use in diverse environments. The maximum permissible linear speed (vmax) and acceleration (amax) parameters define its operational limits in dynamic situations, while static and dynamic torsional moment load capacities (Mt) indicate its strength against twisting forces. With its robust construction and precise engineering, the Bosch Rexroth TORQUE RESIST.BUSH KBDR4-F-20DD offers reliable performance in demanding linear motion tasks where resistance to torque is crucial. Its size V series torque product group ID ensures compatibility within a range of industrial setups requiring flange format linear bushings.

Reduced load capacity with short stroke
In case of short stroke, the service life of the shaft is less than that of the torque-resistant Linear Bushing. The dynamic load ratings C in the tables must therefore be multiplied by the factor fs .
