The Bosch Rexroth LINEAR-SET LSHDR2T-50-WV-600 (R072255080) is a high-quality linear motion set designed for precision applications requiring compact, robust linear guidance. This set features two torque-resistant compact linear bushings and a ball guide groove suitable for diameter shafts, ensuring smooth and precise motion. The inclusion of keyway allows for effective torque transmission, while the hardened steel bearing plates are pre-set to zero clearance by the manufacturer to guarantee stability against cocking loads. The linear set is constructed from durable steel and is designed without seals, making it suitable for environments where external sealing is not critical. It is relubricatable, allowing for easy maintenance and extended service life. The product's dynamic load capacity ensures it can handle both static and dynamic forces efficiently when both linear bushings are under equal load. With a permissible ambient temperature range from -20°C to +80°C, this linear set can operate effectively in various climatic conditions. It also accommodates a maximum acceleration of amax and can achieve a maximum permissible linear speed vmax, demonstrating its capability in high-speed applications. Weighing in at 0.7 kg/m, the LINEAR-SET LSHDR2T-50-WV-600 is lightweight yet sturdy enough to support significant loads with its static load rating C0 and dynamic torsional moment load capacity Mt. The product belongs to the Linear Guide Series Torque Productgroup ID and comes in size L. Overall, this Bosch Rexroth linear set offers reliable performance for systems requiring precise linear movement with the ability to withstand torsional loads while maintaining high stability and ease of maintenance.

Reduced load capacity with short stroke

In case of short stroke, the service life of the shaft is less than that of the torque-resistant Linear Bushing. The dynamic load ratings C in the tables must therefore be multiplied by the factor fs .

Installation

The Linear Sets come preassembled and set to zero clearance. When pulling out the shaft, the adjusting screws must be loosened and the torque-resistant Linear Bushing reset.

General mounting instructions

Installation Linear sets with torque-resistant compact linear bushings

Initial lubrication

Torque-resistant Linear Bushings do not come with initial lubrication. Grease Linear Bushings before use, see "Initial lubrication" in the "Lubrication" section.

Service life data is based on initial lubrication and relubricated Linear Bushings.

Lubricating a Linear Set with a torque-resistant compact Linear Bushing: on-shaft via Ø = 3.9 lubricating hole until lubricant seeps out. Lubricating a tandem Linear Set: on-shaft via recirculating lubricating groove in middle of outer diameter until lubricant seeps out. Lubricating a flanged Linear Set: on-shaft via funnel-type lube nipple recessed on the end face until lubricant seeps out. technical illustration-R072255080-Linear set (steel), DRT2-50-WV-600, without seal
