The Bosch Rexroth LINEAR-SET LSHDR1-12-WV-900 (R072121285) is a highly precise linear motion component designed for smooth and accurate guidance of moving parts in various applications. This linear set is constructed from steel and features a compact sleeve design with ball guide grooves, ensuring reliable performance. The included precision steel shaft has a standard length, with two ball guide grooves for increased stability and efficiency in linear motion tasks. This model does not come with an external seal but is characterized by its ability to handle torque transmission through its keyway design. The hardened steel bearing plates are set to zero clearance from the factory, which contributes to the unit's resistance against cocking loads and enhances its overall stability. Additionally, the LINEAR-SET LSHDR1-12-WV-900 is relubricatable, making maintenance straightforward and extending the product's lifespan. The dynamic load capacity C indicates minimal values due to varying loading directions, while the static load capacity C0 provides insight into the product's robustness under stationary forces. Its dynamic torsional moment load capacity Mt further demonstrates its capability to withstand twisting forces during operation. With a permissible ambient temperature range from -30°C to +80°C, this linear set can operate effectively in diverse environmental conditions. Moreover, this model boasts a maximum acceleration (amax) and an impressive maximum permissible linear speed (vmax), ensuring quick and efficient motion for demanding applications. The weight of 0.7 kg/m reflects its sturdy yet manageable design that can be easily integrated into systems requiring precise linear guidance. Bosch Rexroth's LINEAR-SET LSHDR1-12-WV-900 is an optimal solution for applications demanding high precision, durability, and reliability in linear motion control.

Reduced load capacity with short stroke

In case of short stroke, the service life of the shaft is less than that of the torque-resistant Linear Bushing. The dynamic load ratings C in the tables must therefore be multiplied by the factor fs .

Installation

The Linear Sets come preassembled and set to zero clearance. When pulling out the shaft, the adjusting screws must be loosened and the torque-resistant Linear Bushing reset.

General mounting instructions

Installation Linear sets with torque-resistant compact linear bushings

Initial lubrication

Torque-resistant Linear Bushings do not come with initial lubrication. Grease Linear Bushings before use, see "Initial lubrication" in the "Lubrication" section.

Service life data is based on initial lubrication and relubricated Linear Bushings.

Lubricating a Linear Set with a torque-resistant compact Linear Bushing: on-shaft via Ø = 3.9 lubricating hole until lubricant seeps out. Lubricating a tandem Linear Set: on-shaft via recirculating lubricating groove in middle of outer diameter until lubricant seeps out. Lubricating a flanged Linear Set: on-shaft via funnel-type lube nipple recessed on the end face until lubricant seeps out. technical illustration-R072121285-Linear set (steel), DR1-12-WV-900, without seal
