The Bosch Rexroth COMPACT LIN. BUSH. KBC-10-NR (R065801030) is a compact linear bushing engineered for general requirements, offering a balance of durability and performance in a highly compact form. This model is characterized by its small outer dimensions, which contribute to its space-saving construction, making it suitable for applications where installation space is limited. It features segmental load-bearing plates with ball conformity in the running track, ensuring high dynamic load ratings and an extended service life. The COMPACT LIN. BUSH. KBC-10-NR is designed with rust-resistant materials without seals and comes not greased, catering to environments where contamination must be minimized such as in medical, chemistry, and food industries. Its stainless steel composition and lack of lubrication make it particularly suited for cleanroom applications or those with strict hygiene requirements. With a standard radial clearance, the bushing allows for high travel speeds of up to 5 m/s and ensures ease of mounting due to its simple press-fit installation that does not require additional retention mechanisms. The design includes multiple lubricant reservoirs for extended intervals between lubrication or potentially maintenance-free operation if conditions permit. This model accommodates shaft diameters ranging from 3 to 50 mm and has an integrated metal retainer slightly larger than the outer diameter of the shaft for a secure fit within the housing bore. Its performance specifications include dynamic load capacities that vary based on total travel distance—with adjustments provided for different travel lengths—and static load capacities that ensure stability under stationary loads. The COMPACT LIN. BUSH. KBC-10-NR operates effectively within a permissible ambient temperature range of -30°C to +80°C, maintaining functionality across diverse environmental conditions. It's also optimized for low friction operation with coefficients as low as 0.01 under certain conditions while providing reliable force transmission with minimal frictional drag even when wiper seals are integrated. Weighing just 0.1 kg, this linear bushing offers a blend of lightweight design and robustness, making it an excellent choice for various linear motion applications where efficiency and precision are paramount.

Effect of load direction on load rating
The listed load ratings should be chosen depending on installation in minimum or maximum position and should be based on the calculations. If the load direction is clearly defined and the Linear Bushings can be installed in maximum position, the load ratings Cmax. (dynamic load rating) and C0 max (static load rating) can be used. If aligned installation is not possible or the load direction is not defined, the minimum load ratings must be used.
Reduced load capacity with short stroke
In case of short stroke, the service life of the shafts is less than that of Linear Bushings. The load ratings C specified in the tables must therefore be multiplied by the factor f.s .

| 2) | s = stroke |
Definition of dynamic load ratings
Sealing
The sealed version contains integrated wiper seals.
Separate wiper seals are also available (no securing necessary).
Installation
Install the Linear Bushings using an arbor press (see "Notes for mounting" below). If Linear Bushings are slightly skewed when initially installed into the housing bore, they will align themselves as they are pressed in. The Linear Bushing does not have to be removed and realigned.
Retention
Shaft diameter 8 and 10: The plastic outer sleeve is oversized. Additional retention is required for vibrations or high acceleration. Starting from shaft diameter 12: The outer diameter of the metal holding ring is oversized. No additional retention needed (bore length ≥ C).
General mounting instructions
Initial lubrication
Linear bushings do not come with initial lubrication. Grease the Linear Bushings before use. Service life data is based on initial lubrication and relubricated Linear Bushings.
