The Bosch Rexroth STD.LINEAR BUSHING KBMT-16-DD-NR (R065021630) is a high-precision linear motion component designed for smooth and accurate guidance of moving parts in various applications. This standard linear bushing, constructed with a rugged all-metal design, features a tandem arrangement that enhances its load-bearing capabilities. It is equipped with two seals that provide protection against harsh environments and heavy contamination, making it suitable for use in demanding conditions such as woodworking, foundries, and cement plants. The KBMT-16-DD-NR is rust-resistant and its components are made of stainless steel, which includes the hardened and machined outer sleeve, ball retainer, balls, and retaining rings for the ball retainer. This makes it an ideal choice for industries where corrosion resistance is crucial, such as medical, chemistry, and food industries. The integrated wiper seals help to maintain cleanliness within the bushing by collecting dirt that may enter the system, thereby preventing jamming. With multiple lubricant reservoirs built into its structure, this linear bushing can operate with extended lubrication intervals or even be lubrication-free for life under certain conditions. It has been designed to accommodate a shaft diameter 'd' and offers excellent performance with reduced maintenance requirements. The KBMT-16-DD-NR boasts impressive load capacities both dynamically (Cmin and Cmax) and statically (Cmin and Cmax), with clear guidelines on how to adjust these values based on total travel distance. Its permissible ambient temperature range ensures reliable operation within specified limits. The product's weight is 0.3 kg, indicating its robustness without excessive heaviness. Overall, the Bosch Rexroth STD.LINEAR BUSHING KBMT-16-DD-NR offers a durable solution for linear motion applications requiring high load capacity, corrosion resistance, and reliability in challenging environments.

Impact of load direction on load rating of closed Linear Bushings
The listed load ratings should be chosen depending on installation in minimum or maximum position and should be based on the calculations. If the load direction is clearly defined and the Linear Bushings can be installed in maximum position, the load ratings Cmax. (dynamic load rating) and C0 max (static load rating) can be used. If aligned installation is not possible or the load direction is not defined, the minimum load ratings must be used.
Definition of dynamic load ratings
Installation dimensions/interchangeability
Standard Linear Bushings have the same installation dimensions as super Linear Bushings. They are interchangeable, differ however in terms of securing, radial clearance, load ratings and lubrication.
Sealing
Standard Linear Bushings come with a wiper seal with shaft diameters of 5 and higher. Open standard Linear Bushings with shaft diameters 20 to 80 can also come fully sealed (with longitudinal seal; increased friction).
