The Bosch Rexroth STD.LINEAR BUSHING KBMT-8-DD-NR (R065020830) is a high-quality linear motion component designed for precision and durability in challenging environments. This standard linear bushing features a tandem design with two seals, ensuring that it can withstand heavy contamination and harsh conditions. The rust-resistant, rugged all-metal design with a steel ball retainer makes it suitable for use in industries such as woodworking, foundries, and cement plants. Additionally, its stainless steel construction is ideal for applications in the medical, chemistry, and food industries. With an outer diameter of D and a length specific to the model code, this bushing is engineered to provide smooth linear motion while maintaining high load capacities. It incorporates many pockets acting as lubricant reservoirs which contribute to extended lubrication intervals or even lubrication for life. These pockets also serve the purpose of collecting dirt to prevent jamming of the bushing. The KBMT-8-DD-NR has been designed with integrated wiper seals that contribute to the friction force when not under radial load; this frictional drag varies based on speed and lubrication conditions. It features a maximum dynamic load capacity Cmax and minimum dynamic load capacity Cmin based on a total travel distance of 100 km—these capacities can be adjusted if based on different travel distances. The product's permissible ambient temperature range ensures reliable operation within specified limits. The static longitudinal moment load capacity ML and weight are indicative of its robustness and suitability for static loads. This model's linear guide type is a linear bushing and shaft system, specifically formatted as T tandem for enhanced stability in applications requiring precise linear movement.

Impact of load direction on load rating of closed Linear Bushings

The listed load ratings should be chosen depending on installation in minimum or maximum position and should be based on the calculations. If the load direction is clearly defined and the Linear Bushings can be installed in maximum position, the load ratings Cmax. (dynamic load rating) and C0 max (static load rating) can be used. If aligned installation is not possible or the load direction is not defined, the minimum load ratings must be used.

Definition of dynamic load ratings

Installation dimensions/interchangeability

Standard Linear Bushings have the same installation dimensions as super Linear Bushings. They are interchangeable, differ however in terms of securing, radial clearance, load ratings and lubrication.

Sealing

Standard Linear Bushings come with a wiper seal with shaft diameters of 5 and higher. Open standard Linear Bushings with shaft diameters 20 to 80 can also come fully sealed (with longitudinal seal; increased friction).
