The Bosch Rexroth STD.LINEAR BUSHING KBM-O-16 (R063001600) is a robust and high-quality standard linear bushing designed for smooth linear motion in harsh environments and heavy contamination conditions. This open design bushing, made from standard metal, features a hardened and ground outer sleeve with a steel ball retainer that ensures reliability and durability. The KBM-O-16 is engineered without seals and includes multiple pockets that act as lubricant reservoirs, which can significantly extend lubrication intervals or even allow for lubrication for life. The product's rugged all-metal design makes it suitable for challenging applications such as woodworking, foundries, and cement plants. Its ability to function at higher temperatures is facilitated by the absence of wiper seals and the inclusion of integrated steel retaining rings, particularly with shaft diameters of 16 mm and above. With its dynamic load capacity C and static load rating C0 indicating its strength under various loading conditions, the KBM-O-16 provides reliable performance. The bushing has been designed to prevent jamming by collecting dirt within its pockets, ensuring smooth operation even in the presence of debris. The Bosch Rexroth STD.LINEAR BUSHING KBM-O-16 is characterized by a low friction coefficient that varies depending on load but remains effective across different scenarios. It's capable of operating within an ambient temperature range from -30°C up to 80°C without compromising functionality. This product has a specific weight of 0.1 kg and offers ease of installation thanks to its design that includes locating holes for axial and radial securing on larger shaft diameters. Overall, this linear bushing stands out for its ability to withstand tough conditions while providing reliable linear motion control in applications where contamination resistance and extended maintenance intervals are crucial.

Impact of load direction on load rating of open Linear Bushings
The load ratings C and C0 apply for the main direction of loading ρ = 0°. For all other load directions, the load ratings must be multiplied by the factors fρ (dynamic load rating C) or fρ0 (static load rating C0).
Installing specific Linear Bushings can prevent reductions in load capacity (see Linear Set with side opening).
Definition of dynamic load ratings
Installation dimensions/interchangeability
Standard Linear Bushings have the same installation dimensions as super Linear Bushings. They are interchangeable, differ however in terms of securing, radial clearance, load ratings and lubrication.
Sealing
Standard Linear Bushings come with a wiper seal with shaft diameters of 5 and higher. Open standard Linear Bushings with shaft diameters 20 to 80 can also come fully sealed (with longitudinal seal; increased friction).
