The Bosch Rexroth STD.LINEAR BUSHING KBM-E-25-DD (R061202510) is a high-quality standard linear bushing designed for applications requiring precise linear motion and durability in harsh environments. This robust bushing features an adjustable radial clearance, making it versatile for various industrial applications. It is equipped with two seals and a rugged all-metal design, including a steel ball retainer that ensures reliable operation even in heavy contamination conditions. The KBM-E-25-DD is engineered with multiple lubricant reservoirs allowing for extended lubrication intervals or potentially lubrication-free operation throughout its lifespan. Its design also incorporates integrated wiper seals that protect against high contamination levels, making it suitable for use in demanding sectors such as woodworking, foundries, and cement plants. The bushing's outer sleeve is hardened and ground for added resilience, while the steel ball retainer accommodates shaft diameters of 12 to 50mm with an alternative plastic retainer made of PA for certain sizes. This linear bushing can withstand temperatures well above 100°C (without wiper seals) and operates efficiently under vacuum conditions. It has a size E footprint with an outer diameter D of 40mm. The maximum dynamic load capacity Cmax is specified by the manufacturer, ensuring reliable performance under load. The KBM-E-25-DD has the capability to handle maximum accelerations and offers low friction coefficients, which vary depending on load conditions but remain within a specified range to ensure smooth motion. With a weight of 0.29kg, this linear bushing provides solid performance without adding excessive mass to the system. The product's design includes features like pockets that collect dirt to prevent jamming and integrated steel retaining rings that allow higher temperature operation with larger shaft diameters. Overall, the Bosch Rexroth STD.LINEAR BUSHING KBM-E-25-DD delivers reliable linear guidance with easy adjustability and maintenance-friendly features for industrial applications requiring precision under challenging conditions.

Impact of load direction on load rating of closed Linear Bushings
The listed load ratings should be chosen depending on installation in minimum or maximum position and should be based on the calculations. If the load direction is clearly defined and the Linear Bushings can be installed in maximum position, the load ratings Cmax. (dynamic load rating) and C0 max (static load rating) can be used. If aligned installation is not possible or the load direction is not defined, the minimum load ratings must be used.
Definition of dynamic load ratings
Installation dimensions/interchangeability
Standard Linear Bushings have the same installation dimensions as super Linear Bushings. They are interchangeable, differ however in terms of securing, radial clearance, load ratings and lubrication.
Sealing
Standard Linear Bushings come with a wiper seal with shaft diameters of 5 and higher. Open standard Linear Bushings with shaft diameters 20 to 80 can also come fully sealed (with longitudinal seal; increased friction).
