The Bosch Rexroth STD.LINEAR BUSHING KBM-8-DD-NR (R060200830) is a high-quality, corrosion-resistant linear bushing designed for harsh environments and heavy contamination. This robust all-metal bushing features a closed design with a shaft diameter of d, suitable for self-supporting shafts, and includes two seals to protect against contaminants. The KBM-8-DD-NR is specifically engineered with many pockets that serve as lubricant reservoirs, allowing for extended lubrication intervals or even lubrication for life. The bushing's balls are made of a stainless steel comparable to the industry standard, ensuring durability and smooth operation. The hardened and machined outer sleeve, ball retainer, and integrated retaining rings are also crafted from stainless steel of similar quality, which makes this bushing ideal for applications in the medical, chemistry, and food industries where stainless steel is often required. Additionally, the Bosch Rexroth linear bushing boasts optional integrated wiper seals to further prevent dirt from entering the system and causing jams. Its design includes multiple rows of balls to accommodate higher loads while maintaining precision movement. With its rugged construction and thoughtful design features like dirt collection pockets and optional wiper seals, this linear bushing excels in demanding conditions such as woodworking shops, foundries, or cement plants. The load capacities and friction coefficients provided indicate the bushing’s efficiency under various operational conditions. The product has been tested for dynamic load capacities over a total travel of 100 km but can be adjusted based on different travel lengths. It operates effectively within an ambient temperature range of -30°C to +80°C without wiper seals or at reduced capacities at higher temperatures. In summary, the Bosch Rexroth STD.LINEAR BUSHING KBM-8-DD-NR (R060200830) offers exceptional performance in extreme environments with its durable construction and advanced sealing options. It's designed not only to withstand tough conditions but also to provide reliable linear motion with minimal maintenance requirements.

Impact of load direction on load rating of closed Linear Bushings
The listed load ratings should be chosen depending on installation in minimum or maximum position and should be based on the calculations. If the load direction is clearly defined and the Linear Bushings can be installed in maximum position, the load ratings Cmax. (dynamic load rating) and C0 max (static load rating) can be used. If aligned installation is not possible or the load direction is not defined, the minimum load ratings must be used.
Definition of dynamic load ratings
Installation dimensions/interchangeability
Standard Linear Bushings have the same installation dimensions as super Linear Bushings. They are interchangeable, differ however in terms of securing, radial clearance, load ratings and lubrication.
Sealing
Standard Linear Bushings come with a wiper seal with shaft diameters of 5 and higher. Open standard Linear Bushings with shaft diameters 20 to 80 can also come fully sealed (with longitudinal seal; increased friction).
