The Bosch Rexroth SUPER LINEAR BUSH (R073022540) is a high-precision linear bushing designed to facilitate the movement of heavy loads with maximum accuracy and rigidity. This closed-type linear bushing, belonging to the Super SH series, is equipped with two seals for enhanced protection against contaminants. It features hardened steel load-bearing plates with precisely machined ball guide grooves, as well as a steel load-bearing plate back, ensuring superior precision and performance. The SUPER LINEAR BUSH is capable of compensating for shaft deflection and misalignment, maintaining high travel speeds. It boasts an impressive dynamic load rating due to its multiple running tracks, which contribute to its ability to handle high dynamic loads and offer increased rigidity. The POM ball retainer within the bushing holds balls made of rolling bearing steel that are secured by two metal holding rings. This model has been engineered for low friction operation; it includes optional integrated double-lipped wiper seals that help maintain lubrication and minimize contamination ingress. The linear bushing can operate within a wide temperature range from -20°C up to 80°C while maintaining its properties and performance. With an outer diameter of 40 mm, the SUPER LINEAR BUSH offers a static load rating C0 of 1570 N and a dynamic load capacity C of 2160 N. The breakaway force required to initiate movement is minimal, ensuring smooth operation under various conditions. Its design allows for maximum acceleration without compromising on stability or longevity. Overall, the Bosch Rexroth SUPER LINEAR BUSH (R073022540) represents a reliable solution for applications requiring precise linear motion control under heavy loads, making it suitable for advanced industrial applications that demand both durability and precision.

Load direction factors
The load ratings C and C0 apply for the load direction ρ = 0°. For all other load directions, the load ratings must be multiplied by the factors fr (dynamic load rating C) or fρ0 (static load rating C0).

Reduced load capacity with short stroke
In case of short stroke, the service life of the shaft is less than that of the super Linear Bushing. The load ratings C specified in the tables must therefore be multiplied by the factor f.s .
| 1) | fs = factor |
| 2) | s = movement path |
Reduced load capacity with high load
The load rating is reduced under high load F. The dynamic load rating must be multiplied by the load factor f.F .
| 1) | fF = load factor |
Definition of dynamic load ratings
Installation dimensions/interchangeability
Super Linear Bushings H and SH have the same installation dimensions as Super Linear Bushings A and B as well as the standard Linear Bushings, but differ in terms of securing, radial clearance, load ratings and lubrication.
Sealing
Double protection through two-sided wiper seals:
Outer sealing lip prevents dirt from entering Inner sealing lip prevents lubricant from escaping
The wiper seals float inside closed Linear Bushings. This makes them perfect for any operating state. The open Linear Bushings are fully sealed with additional side seals along the shaft. All seals can be replaced.
With the closed super Linear Bushing H, the main direction of loading ρ = 0° (maximum load rating) is designated by a recess in the plastic cage (see enlargement).
