The Bosch Rexroth STD.LINEAR BUSHING KBMT-20-DD (R065052000) is a high-grade standard linear bushing designed for robust applications where reliability and durability are paramount. This tandem linear bushing features a hardened and ground outer sleeve, which ensures its suitability for harsh environments such as woodworking, foundries, and cement plants. Its rugged all-metal design, complemented by steel ball retainers, allows it to withstand heavy contamination and maintain performance under challenging conditions. The KBMT-20-DD model is equipped with two integral wiper seals that prevent the ingress of dirt and debris, thereby safeguarding the internal components from jamming. The presence of multiple lubricant reservoirs within the bushing facilitates extended lubrication intervals or even lifetime lubrication in certain applications. Moreover, the POM ball retainer within this linear bushing optimizes smooth ball movement while enhancing load-bearing capabilities. This particular model has been engineered to handle dynamic loads efficiently, with a maximum dynamic load capacity (Cmax) that ensures dependable operation over a total travel distance of 100 km. For applications requiring less travel distance, the load capacities can be adjusted accordingly by applying the provided multiplication factors. The STD.LINEAR BUSHING KBMT-20-DD operates effectively within a permissible ambient temperature range, maintaining its integrity even in fluctuating environmental conditions. It also boasts an impressive breakaway force and maximum permissible linear speed (vmax), which attest to its ability to perform rapid movements without sacrificing stability or precision. With dimensions that include a specific outer diameter (D) and length of the linear bushing, this product is designed for ease of integration into various machine designs. Its weight has been optimized to balance durability with functionality, making it an ideal choice for designers seeking reliable linear motion solutions without excessive bulk.

Impact of load direction on load rating of closed Linear Bushings

The listed load ratings should be chosen depending on installation in minimum or maximum position and should be based on the calculations. If the load direction is clearly defined and the Linear Bushings can be installed in maximum position, the load ratings Cmax. (dynamic load rating) and C0 max (static load rating) can be used. If aligned installation is not possible or the load direction is not defined, the minimum load ratings must be used.

Definition of dynamic load ratings

Installation dimensions/interchangeability

Standard Linear Bushings have the same installation dimensions as super Linear Bushings. They are interchangeable, differ however in terms of securing, radial clearance, load ratings and lubrication.

Sealing

Standard Linear Bushings come with a wiper seal with shaft diameters of 5 and higher. Open standard Linear Bushings with shaft diameters 20 to 80 can also come fully sealed (with longitudinal seal; increased friction).
