The Bosch Rexroth RETURN 65+ 90° (3842552984) is a return unit designed for building alpine conveyors where the chain runs only on the upper side. This return unit is particularly suitable for use with Connection drive AL and STS, as well as Drive kit, curve wheel AL parameter AC. The product offers a significant advantage over traditional alpine conveyors with head drives by enabling a shorter chain return. This not only reduces the tensile force required for the conveyor chain, allowing for a larger volume within the alpine conveyor system but also eliminates the need to mount slide rails on the underside of the profile for chain return, streamlining installation and reducing material requirements. The RETURN 65+ 90° boasts an effective sliding rail length and actual chain length tailored to specific applications, supporting a maximum section length for the return unit of Lmax meters and accommodating a maximum chain tensile force of N for drive purposes. The housing is made from non-rusting steel, ensuring durability and longevity in various operating environments. Additionally, components such as the chain wheel and chain guide are constructed from PA (polyamide), while connectors and ball bearings are also fabricated from non-rusting steel that meets FDA standards. This product comes fully assembled with all necessary fastening materials included in the scope of delivery, facilitating easy setup. It is intended for AL systems and includes an adapter ALSTS to ensure compatibility. The Bosch Rexroth RETURN 65+ 90° is optimized to enhance performance in alpine conveyor systems by providing an efficient solution that combines reduced material needs with improved operational capacity.
