The Bosch Rexroth RETURN 65+ AL (3842547516) is a versatile and innovative return unit designed for conveyor systems, offering a reduced noise emission due to its slide rails guided in the unit. This return unit can function independently or be used in conjunction with a drive kit as a head drive without a chain bag, supporting all track widths and chain types. It has a permissible chain tensile force of Fmax 1250 N when functioning as a return unit and Fmax 2000 N when operating as a head drive without a chain bag. The RETURN 65+ AL can accommodate section lengths up to 30 m for return unit function and up to 100 m for drive function while maintaining conveying speeds of vN = 90 m/min. It is designed for use in combination with the drive kit as a wedge conveyor drive but is not intended for reversible operation. This product offers high flexibility, short delivery times due to its standardized components, and can implement parallel sections with zero gap dimension.
