The unit's housing is constructed from diecast aluminum, while the chain wheel is made of white PA material. The ball bearings are crafted from nonrusting steel and are sealed on both sides, containing FDA-compliant grease filling, ensuring durability and compliance with food industry standards. The unit's side elements come with slots designed to attach holders for lateral guides or similar accessories. This base unit has an effective sliding rail length and actual chain length that support various configurations. It boasts a permissible chain tensile force of up to N per level and can accommodate section lengths for closed circuits up to m. The curve wheel drive is used for driving the conveyor chain in circuit systems with a top-running chain. Combining the base unit curve wheel 180° AL with the appropriate drive kit quickly turns it into a curve wheel drive.
