The integrated double-sided hexagonal hollow shaft allows for the driving of parallel conveyor sections or bridges, enhancing the unit's adaptability in various configurations. The base unit supports all track widths and chain types, with a maximum permissible chain tensile force of N and section lengths up to m. It offers a standard conveying speed of m/min, with other speeds available upon request. Equipped with stainless steel ball bearings that are sealed on both sides and filled with FDA-compliant grease, this base unit ensures durability and hygiene for food-related applications. The implementation of parallel sections is seamless, even with zero gap dimensions. Additionally, side elements feature slots for attaching holders for lateral guides or similar accessories. For inclined sections where chain slippage might be a concern, the use of a chain sprocket is recommended to prevent backward slipping of the chain. The housing is made from die-cast aluminum that's powder-coated in silver for durability, while other components like the chain wheel and guide are constructed from PA (polyamide). The hexagonal shaft is also made from non-rusting steel for sizes beyond , ensuring longevity. This product comes assembled with included fastening material and enclosed chain guards. While active or passive bridge connection kits are recommended accessories, drive kits and slide rails are required for full functionality.
