Hydrotech is looking for a smart, focused professional to join our team as an IT Support Technician. Hydrotech’s IT infrastructure includes some of the hottest technologies used in hyperconverged infrastructure, IoT devices, and the latest in security software and hardware.
The ideal candidate will have an innate desire to learn via hands-on experience and self-driven aptitude. This person should possess excellent technical skills with a desire to support users, their associated hardware, and to work within Hydrotech as needed to provide general assistance for other Hydrotech projects.
A typical day includes the responsibility of daily break/fix activities, user requests, PC setup/ deployments, server support, virus/malware response, and onsite support for other infrastructure teams. This person will be an active member of the IT team that implements server maintenance, network troubleshooting, laptop implementation and support, and mobile device support. This person’s responsibilities will increase with demonstrated aptitude.

Hydrotech is the regional leader in providing a wide range of motion control solutions to industry. We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced sales person with the ability to grow a technical sales territory. The ideal location for this Territory Manager/Outside Sales Rep would be in/around the Bowling Green, KY area. The candidate should be prepared to drive sales growth by deepening relationships with the existing custom base and developing new customer relationships in the western KY market. The primary responsibilities of this role will be to build Hydrotech’s market position in the territory. This will be accomplished by identifying/qualifying opportunities, deriving solutions with our engineering team and negotiating/closing new business.
It is highly desirable for the candidate to possess experience in at least one of the fields of 1) hydraulic control devices/systems and/or 2) electromechanical automation and control. The ideal candidate will have experience in technical outside sales (Automation, Fluid Power or related industry experience). Strong communication, customer service, interpersonal and problem-solving skills are a must. An engineering or hands-on technician background is also very desirable.
