The Sun Hydraulics IAE (Material Number: IAE) is a line mount manifold designed for hydraulic applications. This manifold features a ninety-degree body with a gauge port, providing a convenient interface for hydraulic systems without the need for additional mounting interfaces. It includes a total of eleven mounting holes, each with a diameter of .41 inches (10.4 mm), and these holes are drilled through to facilitate easy installation and secure attachment. The manifold has open cavities designed to accommodate T16A cavity components, ensuring compatibility with various hydraulic setups. The port size is 1 NPTF, which is suitable for connecting standard hydraulic fittings. Constructed from 6061-T651 aluminum, this manifold offers excellent corrosion resistance and durability, making it ideal for demanding environments where exposure to moisture or corrosive elements is a concern. However, it should be noted that this material limits the pressure rating of the manifold to a maximum of 3000 psi (210 bar), regardless of the port type or size used in the system. The Sun Hydraulics IAE manifold is specifically engineered to provide efficient fluid control and distribution within hydraulic systems, making it an essential component for optimizing system performance. Its robust construction and versatile design make it suitable for various applications requiring reliable fluid handling capabilities.

Notes:
- Important: Carefully consider the maximum system pressure. The pressure rating of the manifold is dependent on the manifold material, with the port type/size a secondary consideration. Manifolds constructed of aluminum are not rated for pressures higher than 3000 psi (210 bar), regardless of the port type/size specified.
