How Hydrotech, Inc. Lessens Downtime with Rush Repair

Whenever a hydraulic component needs repair chances are there is some downtime associated with that failure. Every rush repair is designed to get a fully functional repair completed as soon as possible, so your machine can get back to business. Also get your components backed with a full 1-year warranty, so you're covered.

Valve: #1 Cause of Failure - Contamination
Pump: #1 Cause of Failure! - Contamination and Cavitation
Cylinder: #1 Cause of Failure - Contamination and Over Pressurization

Rapid Responsiveness in Four Steps

This is why Hydrotech Inc's Service and Repair Division places priority status on all rush repairs.  Whenever Hydrotech receives a Rush Repair, the following steps are:

Step 1: Reason for Failure & Approval
First Hydrotech determines the reason the component has failed.  Included is a full detailed inspection report with pictures.  Hydrotech then sends a cost of repair to customer and awaits approval.

Step 2: Select Repair Part from In-House Inventory
Hydrotech then scans its inventory of service stock parts to eliminate lead times from having to order parts from manufacturer.

Step 3: Factory-Trained Technicians Begin Repair of Component

Step 4: Test to Specs
Once the repair is done, Hydrotech then tests the component(s) to make sure that they perform at the specs from the customer.

Every step Hydrotech takes to repair a component is designed to get a fully functional repair completed as soon as possible, so your machine can get back to business.
