Category: Technical cleanliness

From a clean component to a technically clean system.

Technical cleanliness is becoming increasingly important in many sectors of industry, the automotive industry, mobile hydraulics and production systems. Phrases such as 'reduction and avoidance of start-up breakdowns' and the difficulty of ever-increasing warranty periods are driving the demands for component cleanliness.

Suppliers and producers of complete systems are required to meet more demanding  technical cleanliness standards for their products and systems.

We perform lab analyses according to    VDA 19 / ISO 16232 as well as internal company standards, and perform on-site process chain analyses.

The HYDAC consortium of companies supports you with its many years of experience and its documentation in the Cleanliness manual.

The BOSCH Company Diesel System Division has recommended the HYDAC lab for its technical cleanliness analyses for suppliers and automotive producers.
