Aventics Offers Next Generation Technology for the Industrial World

Aventics is a manufacturer of Pneumatic and Hydraulic products specifically pneumatic cylinders, pressure control valves, and other valve technology.  Moving a big manufacturing location to Lexington, KY in June of 2014 is now increasing the ability for fast lead times and superior regional support.  There are a few new products in particular however that have really gotten attention in the industrial world.

Aventics NFPA Hydraulic/Pneumatics Cylinders

Aventics has been known for their Pneumatic products and cylinders, but their NFPA certified hydraulic cylinders compete with the best and with lead times as short as 3 days from the Aventics Quick Ship, ability to configure online with 2D/3D CAD Configurator, and exceeds all J.I.C. and NFPA requirements, these cylinders are definitely worth checking out!

PowerMaster®:

  • Pressure Rating for Pneumatic (PPT) is 250 PSI and Hydraulic (PHT) up to 1500 PSI
  • Piston Rod Diameter: 5/8" through 5½"
  • Standard Mountings: 21
  • Bore Sizes: 1½" through 14"
  • Temperature Range: -65ºF to +200ºF ambient for standard Buna-N rod seals: -15ºF to +400ºF when fluorocarbon seals are used.
  • NPTF ports standard. Options: BSPP and ISO 6149-1, SAE (PHT only).

Pressure Control Valves Series ED02 and ED05

Need a small footprint? Well with a compact size of 1.2” x 3” the Aventics ED02 provides exceptionally high performance and can deliver a proportional pneumatic pressure to an analog system.  Surprisingly ideal for pilot control of larger pneumatic regulators, but also due to the accuracy it has extraordinary capabilities for precision low-pressure applications.  The ED05 also provides a proportional pneumatics pressure to an analog signal, excellent hysteresis for precise control, high flow capacity, and variety of inputs for flexibility.

ED02

Pneumatic Direction Control Valves Series AV and CL

If you are looking for a valve that will perform well in every situation then the Aventics AV series is just what you are looking for.  Due to its optimized compressed air balance and flexible base plate system, it offers 45% space savings, 40% less weight and 20% less compressed air consumption.  Also the plug-in design allows for quick valve change-out during operation.

The Aventics CL (Clean Line) Series was specifically designed for such industries as food & beverage in which high pressure wash-down applications are part of the application required.  The gaps between the valve protection covers allow easy cleaning and avoid dirt pockets.  No more need to store these in a cabinet for protection against wash-downs, the high flow Clean Line valve system has an IP69K (better than NEMA 6P) protection class rating.
