Hydrotech History

Hydrotech was formed as Hydrotech Engineering Company in
April 1967, and from the beginning, systems design was emphasized
as a method of selling not only systems, but the systems knowledge
which enabled the selection of hydraulic pumps, valves, filters and
accessory items most suited to customer’s application needs. 

In 1968, the company chartered in Ohio with the name changed to
Hydrotech, Inc. at that time.

  Many Product Offerings

Although the initial offering of products were centered on mostly hydraulic
components and systems, the business has grown to include automatic
lubrication components and systems, pneumatic components and systems,
electric systems, environmental and process components and systems,
meter/mix components and systems, to include software development
and programming.

A recent expansion added 20,000 square feet of warehousing
and manufacturing capacity which has allowed greater capacity to handle
larger systems and integration projects
Hydrotech Purchases Atlas Fluid Components

Hydrotech has always operated in Kentucky as well as Southern and Central
Ohio, but with the recent purchase of Atlas Corporation located in Cuyahoga Falls (Akron)
Hydrotech now covers virtually the entire State of Ohio.
