Nov 2009 Cincinnati, Ohio -- Hydrotech has acquired the DynaDrive Company .

According to Hydrotech President Rex Wetherill, “the acquisition is a perfect fit for us.”Hydrotech is a motion controls distributor & system integrator for Bosch Rexroth Hydraulics and Pneumatics. DynaDrive will be a key to Hydrotech’s strategic plan to increase its product offering and capability to compete in the growing automation market. “Having all of the new Bosch Rexroth products adds to our automation systems capability, competence and controls capability,” adds Wetherill.
